📦 Order & Shipping Inquiries

Where is my tracking number? If you recently placed an order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to carefully hand-pack your treasures. Once shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

Reporting Transit Damage? Because of the fragile nature of our authentic artifacts and glass items, we take packaging very seriously. However, if your item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box so we can assist you immediately.
