All Sales Are Final At The Little Egypt Shop, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our curated collections. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our Bed, Bath & Beauty products, as well as the fragile, handcrafted nature of our Egyptian Arts and antiquities, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items in Transit While we do not accept returns, we want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. We take extreme care in packaging our fragile items (such as glass, alabaster, and clay) and safely sealing our liquids.
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, or if you receive the incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the damaged item.

Clear photographs of the interior and exterior shipping box and packaging materials.
Please note: We require this photographic evidence to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Failure to report transit damage within the 48-hour window or failure to provide the required photographs will void any carrier claim or resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order has been successfully handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been provided, The Little Egypt Shop is no longer legally liable for the package. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced.
If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a trace or investigation.
Order Cancellations Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee order cancellations. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard "All Sales Final" policy.
