Order Processing Time At The Little Egypt Shop, we carefully prepare and package every order by hand. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Please note: During high-volume holiday seasons, processing times may experience slight delays.
The Art of Packaging Because our collections feature authentically handcrafted Egyptian Arts (including delicate alabaster, hand-blown glass, and clay) as well as liquid botanical oils, we take extreme care in our packaging process. We use specialized, secure wrapping to ensure your treasures arrive safely from our shop in Baker City, Oregon, directly to your door.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery destination.

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options via major carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.). Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days once the package has been handed over to the carrier, depending on your location.

International Shipping: (If applicable) We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Little Egypt Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 24 hours.
Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, The Little Egypt Shop is not legally liable for delays, lost packages, or packages stolen after they are marked as "Delivered."

Lost/Stolen: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or trace.

Damaged in Transit: If your fragile items arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the exact steps to report transit damage, which includes providing clear photographs of the broken item and the original packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
